Silver tone / pewter tone, base metal is brass and pewter. Faceted round crystals are pave set throughout the entire necklace.

Each "spike" is individually set and hinged in groups of 2-3 spikes - for ultimate comfort, flexibility and movement that showcases the sparkle (the quality of the workmanship is superb and what you would expect of Oscar de la Renta and more). Approximately 16in long including extender chain.

Handmade in the USA at Oscar De La Renta workshop in NYC! Necklace tag is stamped Made in USA too. Two days after receiving the item, you decide you want to return it that day.

Item "not as described" only applies if you bought something that was supposed to be magenta and received the item in white, and not if you received an item that is indeed magenta but looks more purple under the fluorescent lights in your house (or more fuchsia in the sunlight) than in the photos - as lighting conditions (fluorescent vs incandescent vs sunlight etc) can result in slight color variances. That is not an "not as described" condition - that is the basic physics of light and color. Please also make sure you have reviewed the measurements before purchasing.
